Palm Sunday

Today we went to a 9am mass for Palm Sunday. The sign said the amss was in English but apparently that excludes holidays : ) It was over 2 hours long and it was quite hot!!! However, it was still a great experience. After that we cooled off in the pool and had spaghetti with meatballs (they did no specify which type of "meat" they were) but they were good! After lunch we went shopping and toure the city. Lance, Simon, Jeremiah and Duncan left for Kenya at 5 am this morning to meet with community members who will be piloting our water purifiers! They will also go to the local clinics to determine if any illnesses are waterborne and then report back to our staff in Nairobi. They also have a few other things to do but should be back tomorrow night. The team is doing wonderful together and really getting to know each other. Dr. Furaha had to leave this afternoon unfortunately : ( We are not sure when are if we will get internet access and many of us can send texts but are having a hard time receiving them......
